A life coach works with individuals, couples and families who express a desire to focus on positive changes in their lives. A life coach empowers clients to find answers within, ultimately helping them to achieve goals, personal peace and healing.

Hypnotherapy, also known as guided imagery, is a focused level of concentration which allows clients to reach deep into their sub-conscious mind. When experiencing a hypnotherapy session, clients are always in control and aware of what is going on around them. The clients relax while the Hypnotherapist guides them in discovering their path, purpose and answers.

Reiki, used in its traditional form, as developed by Dr. Usui in the Usui System of Natural Healing, heals the body and emotions, bringing them into balance and promoting health, prosperity and long life.
